When Life Doesn’t Go According to Plan

THERAPY FOR LIFE AFTER LOSS, TRAUMA, & PROFOUND CHANGE

You may be thinking, "This is not the life I ordered."

Many of my clients once had a clear sense of where life was headed. Then loss, trauma, or unexpected change altered the path. They lost a person, a future, a sense of safety, a version of themselves, or the life they thought they would have.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, stuck between versions of their life, or exhausted from trying to “move on” from something that still deeply impacts them.

This work isn't about finding a bright side. It's about making space for what happened, understanding who you are now, and learning how to live in a life that no longer resembles what you expected.

My practice focuses on grief, trauma, traumatic grief, reproductive trauma and loss, relationship challenges, family-of-origin issues, self-esteem, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 15 and older.

Ways To Work Together

COMPASSIONATE, EVIDENCE-BASED THERAPY FOR LIFE’S MOST DIFFICULT SEASONS

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

$195 – standard 55 min.
$270 – extended 85 min.

Sometimes life changes gradually. Other times, it changes all at once.

Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, family-of-origin wounds, low self-esteem, or a major life transition, individual therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of what you're carrying.

Together, we'll explore what has happened and how those experiences continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self, while helping you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.

COUPLES THERAPY

$225 – standard 55 min.
$315 – extended 85 min.

Relationships aren't challenged only by conflict. Sometimes they're changed by what life has asked the two of you to carry together—or separately.

Whether you're navigating communication difficulties, rebuilding trust, grieving a loss, or simply feeling disconnected from one another, couples therapy provides a space to better understand yourselves, each other, and the patterns between you.

Together, we'll slow down the conversations that seem to go nowhere, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and create new ways of responding to one another.

FAMILY THERAPY

$225 – standard 55 min.
$315 – extended 85 min.

Families are interconnected. The way we respond to one another during life's hardest moments can either deepen disconnection or strengthen connection.

Whether your family is navigating conflict, communication challenges, life transitions, or the impact of trauma or loss, family therapy creates space to better understand one another and the patterns that shape your relationships.

Together, we'll explore family dynamics, strengthen connection, and discover new ways of navigating life's challenges—together.

THERAPY INTENSIVES

Flexible sessions: 3 hr., full or multi-day options

Sometimes weekly therapy isn't the right fit—or it simply isn't enough.

Whether you're hoping to process a traumatic experience, navigate a significant life transition, or make meaningful progress on an issue that has felt stuck, therapy intensives provide dedicated time and space to focus deeply on your goals.

Thoughtfully tailored to your needs, an intensive allows us to move beyond the constraints of a traditional session and engage the work in a more focused, intentional way.
