Learn from collective wisdom.
Group supervision brings clinicians together to learn from one another's cases, experiences, and perspectives. FAQs
-
My supervision style is strengths-based, developmental, and collaborative. I strive to create a relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and mutual respect, where you feel supported in all aspects of your clinical work.
I believe good supervision makes space for questions, strengths, uncertainties, mistakes, and growth. Together, we'll explore clinical cases, ethical considerations, therapeutic relationships, and your development as a clinician, while building on the strengths you already bring to the work.
I also place a strong emphasis on self-of-the-therapist and systemic thinking, helping you understand not only what is happening in the therapy room, but also how your own experiences, values, and relational patterns influence your work with clients.
-
Absolutely. I believe that therapists deserve a reflective space throughout their careers—not just while working toward licensure. Clinical consultation provides an opportunity to step back from the demands of the work, think more deeply about your cases, and continue growing as a clinician.
Whether you're navigating complex cases, ethical questions, challenging therapeutic dynamics, practice-related decisions, or the emotional weight of the work itself, consultation offers a collaborative space for reflection, support, and professional development.
-
Come prepared with the questions, uncertainties, and cases that are most present for you. The moments that feel confusing, challenging, or emotionally impactful often provide the richest opportunities for learning and growth.
You don't need to have everything figured out before supervision. The most meaningful work often happens when you're willing to bring both your strengths and your struggles into the conversation.
Most importantly, show up as you are, and I'll meet you there. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention in your clinical work.
-
Yes. In Colorado, LPCC licensure candidates may receive supervision from qualified LMFT supervisors, and I meet the state's requirements to provide that supervision.
If you are considering supervision with me, I'm happy to discuss your specific licensure goals and help ensure that the supervision you receive aligns with Colorado's requirements. If you have questions about your particular circumstances, we can review them together during a consultation.
-
Yes. While many clinicians choose ongoing supervision or consultation, I also offer one-time consultations when a specific need arises.
Whether you're seeking input on a complex case, navigating an ethical concern, exploring a challenging therapeutic dynamic, or simply wanting another perspective, a one-time consultation can provide a dedicated space for reflection, problem-solving, and support. If additional consultation would be helpful, we can discuss that together, but there is no expectation of ongoing services.
-
Yes. I provide consultation for EMDR therapists pursuing EMDRIA Certification, as well as mentorship and consultation for Consultants-in-Training (CITs).
In addition to supporting certification requirements, my goal is to help you deepen your understanding of the EMDR model, strengthen case conceptualization, navigate challenging clinical situations, and integrate EMDR into your work with greater confidence and intention.
Whether you're working toward certification, developing as a consultant, or simply looking to strengthen your EMDR skills, consultation offers a supportive space for both professional and personal growth.
-
Yes. I offer supervision, consultation, and mentorship both virtually and in person at my office in Denver, Colorado.
While many clinicians prefer the convenience and flexibility of virtual meetings, in-person sessions are also available. You're welcome to choose the format that best fits your needs and schedule.
-
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
If you arrive late, we'll use the remaining scheduled session time, and the full session fee will still apply.
I recognize that true emergencies happen and will always use professional judgment when unusual circumstances arise.
